Welcome to the Erasmus+ project: Refugee Integration Through Dignity Health and Employability
The first transnational or ‘Kick off’ meeting was held on 21st May in Hatfield Hertfordshire, United Kingdom.
A five day training programme and second transnational meeting was organised for the period 4th June to 8th June.
RITDHE is designed to offer a wide cross section of employability skills as a first step in the development of employment opportunities. RITDHE uses the E4 employability model which is digitally based, using a series of skills assessment and assignments to help people develop their employability skills. In some cases this will lead to opportunities for digitally based work experience. As a first step in enjoyment the local projects will use the process of creating Dignity Diaries to engage with local refugees and displaced persons to establish communication and rapport.
